All Opentech® inner roses contain a pre-loaded return spring allowing the lever to be rotated 48° in both directions.
The resistance applied by the spring reduces lock fatigue and keeps the lever horizontal even after a long duty cycle.
Opentech® inner roses are constructed in Hostaform®, a low-noise self-lubricating recyclable copolymer.
Versions available
The Opentech® inner rose with return spring is available both in ø45mm and ø52mm round version (the latter also used for the 52x52mm square rose cover), and in the 33x60mm and 33x74mm rectangular versions.
Special version inner roses ø52mm
The inner rose ø52mm is available in three different versions, meeting the application needs in the various countries:
a. inner rose with holes for non-through screws;
b. inner rose with holes for through screws;
c. universal inner rose with modular insert for through and non-through screws;
Lever assembly
All Opentech® inner roses are designed to take levers with the CLAQ® quick assembly system.
Standard angle of rotation.
The pre-loaded return spring in Opentech® rosettes allows a handle rotation of 48° in both directions.
90° rotation angle for multi-point locks.
The pre-loaded return spring in Opentech® rosettes allows 90° rotation of the handle in both directions. This feature makes the product usable for multi-point locks with handle release.
Special gaskets
Opentech® inner roses can also be fitted with a perimeter gasket to provide resistance to liquid and dust penetration (IP65). With a gasket of this kind, they also provide a seal against fire and smoke for 60 minutes (REI60).
